These terms apply to use of the KnowElectronics website, customer workspace and associated sourcing tools.

Using the service

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when creating an account, submitting a requirement or using customer tools. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

Product and sourcing information

Product records, availability, pricing, descriptions, lead-time indications and other sourcing information may change and can contain supplier-provided or reference information. They are provided to support research and are subject to review and confirmation.

Orders and review

Cart and delivery steps do not by themselves confirm availability, acceptance or fulfilment. Before an order is submitted, KnowElectronics presents a final review step. Order-related details remain subject to the server-side checks and confirmations applicable to that request.

Changes, cancellations and returns

Requests must be made in writing through the KnowElectronics contact form and are subject to review. See Returns and cancellation requests for the request process.

Website content and availability

The website and its content may be changed, maintained, suspended or updated as reasonably required. Nothing on the website grants rights to KnowElectronics names, marks, content, software or other intellectual property except as necessary to use the service as intended.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts of Madhya Pradesh, India have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or the use of the service.
