Shipping and delivery

Delivery arrangements are confirmed as part of the order-review process. Product availability, supplier location, shipping method, destination, freight requirements and other order-specific factors can affect dispatch and delivery timing.

Before dispatch

KnowElectronics may need to confirm the delivery address, item availability, applicable charges and any handling requirements before an order can proceed. A displayed estimate or indicative lead time is not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery date.

Delivery updates

Where an order is accepted for fulfilment, delivery information is provided using the details available for that order. If a supplier or carrier update affects timing or routing, the order may need review before the next step can be confirmed.

Receiving an order

Please review the delivered goods and accompanying information promptly. If there is a delivery issue, use the contact form with the relevant order or invoice reference and a clear description of the concern.

Changes, cancellations and returns

Requests are handled in writing and reviewed individually. Do not return goods without written authorisation and instructions. See Returns and cancellation requests for more information.
