Order changes and cancellations

If a change or cancellation is needed, send a written request through the contact form as soon as possible. Include the relevant order or invoice reference and the requested change.

Review process

Each request is reviewed against the order’s processing stage, product status and any supplier commitment. A request may not be available once an item has been confirmed, allocated, processed or is subject to a non-cancellable or non-returnable supplier commitment.

Written confirmation

Do not rely on a cancellation or change until KnowElectronics confirms the outcome in writing. An approved return is handled under the Returns and cancellation requests policy.
