Returns and cancellation requests

KnowElectronics handles change, cancellation and return requests on a written request-and-review basis. Approval is required before a cancellation, return or credit can be confirmed.

Submitting a request

Use the contact form promptly with the relevant order or invoice reference, part number, quantity and reason for the request. Do not send goods back without written return authorisation and instructions.

Review and eligibility

Eligibility depends on the order’s processing stage, supplier conditions, product condition and any non-cancellable or non-returnable commitment. Approval is not automatic and is confirmed in writing after review.
